Roberto Masiero

Senior Vice President of ADP Innovation Labs, ADP, LLC

Roberto Masiero is the Sr. Vice President of ADP Innovation Labs. Roberto joined ADP in 2000 as Director Information Technology for ADP Brazil when his company in Brazil was acquired by ADP. Over the last 12 years he has lead several research and development teams on core ADP solutions.

Today, Roberto is responsible for ADP’s Innovation Lab where new technologies are researched and new products are developed and incubated. Recent projects include Mobile applications, Semantic Search, Big Data, Behavioral Intelligence and Marketplace.

Raj Uttamchandani

Vice President, Client Relations, ADP, LLC

Raj Uttamchandani has over twenty years of diverse leadership, operations, business and relationship management experience in the field of information technology and outsourcing services. He currently serves as an executive leader in ADP’s Global Product & Technology (GPT) organization responsible for client relations and business relationship management, reporting directly to the Corporate VP of GPT. In this role, Raj and his Global Business Relationship Management team partners closely with executives across ADP’s business units and corporate organizations to envision and deliver technology solutions that will achieve measurable client and enterprise-wide outcomes.

Marc Rind

Chief Data Scientist and VP of Product Development, ADP DataCloud

Marc is responsible for leading the research and development of Automatic Data Processing’s (ADP’s) Analytics and Big Data platform. In this capacity, Marc drives the innovation and thought leadership behind the ADP DataCloud, which not only reads the pulse of ADP clients’ human capital, but also combines that insight with quantifiable big insight to suggest the best courses of action to pursue workforce-related business outcomes. Marc was also an instrumental leader behind the small business market payroll platform; RUN Powered by ADP®. Marc lead a number of the technology teams responsible for delivering its critically acclaimed product focused on its innovative user experience for small business owners.

Jason Lovelace

Senior Product Owner, ADP, LLC

Jason Lovelace is a Senior Product Owner at the ADP Innovation Lab in New York City, building the next generation of tech products and services to help organizations and people grow in their professional endeavors. Before working on human capital management software for ADP, he worked in the automotive, banking and insurance industries.

Jason’s interest in robotics and automation began while during his time in the automotive industry, and continues today building HCM software. We have to start designing our enterprise systems today for the near future when robotics and AI are as important as human employees to the success of our clients.
