Susan Hanold

Ph.D. Vice President, Strategic Advisory Services, ADP, LLC

Dr. Susan Hanold serves as Vice President for Strategic Advisory Services and is responsible for working with clients to provide strategy, consultation and practical talent management solutions to help drive organizational change. She is a successful change leader with global experience in both the design and implementation of talent initiatives.

ADP’s Strategic Advisory Services is a team of experts who help clients develop and execute highly effective Human Capital Management (HCM) strategies in the areas of compliance, data analytics, decision support and analytics, compliance, service delivery, workforce, talent management as well as communications and education.

Dr. Hanold has more than 20 years of results based leadership experience as an executive coach and organization development expert working with corporations to help them develop their talent strategy. She is a frequent speaker at industry conferences and events.

Before joining ADP Strategic Advisory Services, Dr. Hanold served as Vice President of organizational development with Bear Stearns where she managed and facilitated the Leadership Development program for all management levels, including the senior leadership team. Earlier, she was an instrumental part of the Management Development team at PizzaHut (PepsiCO), building a coaching culture and designing the company-wide coaching model and brand-transparent restaurant management training curriculum for more than 8,000 restaurants. She also was a senior change management consultant for Accenture (formerly Andersen Consulting).

Dr. Hanold is a graduate of Texas Tech University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Education. She also holds a Master of Science degree and Doctor of Philosophy in Leadership Development with a minor in Industrial Engineering from Texas A&M University.

Scott Guenther

Co-founder, State Tax Solutions

Mr. Guenther is a Shareholder of State Tax Solutions and has enjoyed spending the past twenty years exclusively in the field of state and local taxation. Prior to co-founding State Tax Solutions in 1999, he was a state and local tax manager with KPMG.

Scott has extensive consulting experience in the area of payroll and unemployment taxes as well as other state and local taxes. He has significant experience relating to the federal, state and local payroll & unemployment tax consequences and opportunities arising from business restructurings, mergers, and acquisitions. In addition, Scott has been involved in providing value added state and local tax services to a broad range of large publicly traded and privately held employers, private equity firms, as well as the Professional Employer Organization (PEO) industry.

State Tax Solutions (“STS”) is based in Tampa, Florida and provides state and local tax services including payroll & unemployment, sales & use, and real & personal property taxes to many of the largest companies in the world. STS has saved millions of dollars for its well known client base through refunds, planning, and consulting.
